The room was gorgeous with beautiful views, and Jane and Kevin's hospitality made us feel right at home. Only downside was the parking being a bit awkward. 🌺

The heated swimming pool is a gem for unwinding after a long day. The Garden room offers splendid views and thoughtful amenities like a decanter of sherry—truly a nice touch.
Finding the entrance can be a real puzzle, especially if it's dark out, which might leave you feeling a bit frustrated. Parking's also a hassle. it can get awkward with larger vehicles, and on my visit, there were events nearby that filled up nearby spaces fast. The shower pressure in my room was hit or miss, tending to be on the weak side and making it a chore to get clean. Plus, some rooms had a chill to them upon arrival, needing a bit of warming up before they felt cozy.

The breakfast was enormous and delicious, a true highlight of my stay.
The electric shower lacked power and was tricky to regulate, making morning routines less enjoyable.

A Peaceful Getaway with Charming Touches
I had a wonderful stay in a spacious room with its own access, which was such a relief after a long day. The decor was charming, and I loved finding complimentary sherry and sweets waiting for me. The breakfast was top-notch, featuring fresh, homegrown figs which I absolutely devoured. The only hitch was navigating the parking situation upon arrival due to a nearby event.

Family Friendly Relaxed Stay
We were given a very comfortable bed adorned with fresh white linen and a beautifully cooked breakfast. The personal touch of a decanter of sherry in the room was unexpected but very welcome.
It wasn’t budget-friendly but still an acceptable option for a family getaway.
